Objectives

The objectives of the project are directly connected and divided into the following categories :

Engagement
1.To discover the religious and cultural treasure at a local/national/European level. Students will realize and understand their identity
2.To raise awareness of the historic and cultural value of RH by bringing students close the its treasures and traditions and by participating in the conservation of this heritage and thus generating a lasting impact
3.To promote the rich European heritage starting from a local and regional level at first and engage students so as to bring new life to this heritage.

Sustainability
4.To promote sustainable tourism and thus cultural, social and economic development. This will be achieved by establishing connections between faith/local communities and the broader public and extending the use of RH buildings.
5.To spot the historic/religious buildings that stand underused or being lost through redevelopment history and identity and present them to the local authorities

Protection
6.To inspire the young generation, the local communities and authorities for social action, to protect the local RH as part of their identity and conserve it.

Innovation
7.To exchange good practices for a better education where the flexibility of the boundaries created by cultural practices and religious traditions is crucial
8.To enhance dialogue of different religious communities so as to overcome the fear of the different
9.To identify the role of various stakeholders in the long-term management and preservation of the sites.
